My wife and I were listening to the news this morning at about 5am and she made a comment about how much time he'll spend in jail. I told her he'd never make it that far, they'd put him down like a mad dog in a playground.

I was referring more to the point that he didn't strike me as the 'surrender peacefully' type. Couple that with having shot 4 cops, and yeah, any little twitch at the wrong moment means you don't make it to the jail.

He had absolutely no intention of going to jail with a child **** on his head. He at least knew the cops would be somewhat quick about it, not so much with inmates.

With a dead cop's gun in his hand and a dead cop's bullet in his belly, I believe we can safely say he's moved out of the 'suspect' column, and squarely into the 'perpetrator' column.
